Cy Young is the most winning pitcher in MLB history. He did this feat between 1890 and 1911. One of his most impressive and unbreakable records is his career wins and his complete games. He compelled a grand total of 511 wins in this time period. Here is a short list of MLB records currently held by Cy Young.

Cy Young is considered the greatest pitcher of all time. Cy Young’s MLB récords such as wins, 7356 innings pitched, 815 career starts, and 749 complete games will never be achieved because of the today’s standards. Ace Pitchers would never be allowed to throw that many innings without fear of injury. The fact that today’s teams aren’t owned by families like the last. The fact that today’s team those from the not so distant past.
